Return/Exchange Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return/exchange it within thirty (30) days of the purchase.
To return/exchange, item(s) must:
- Not worn, altered or damaged.
- Returned in their original packaging, box, tags.
- Discounted or final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return/exchange
- For customers located outside Colombia, all shipping and import costs associated with returning the item(s), as well as the shipping costs for the new item(s), must be fully covered by the customer. Otherwise, E2X capital LLC will not be obligated to ship a new item or refund the customer.
- You can return/exchange item(s) within 30 days of your purchase
Refund Conditions
- Refund will be made to your original form of payment
- The maximum time to process a refund is thirty (30) days from the date the returned item(s) is received at our facilities.
Warranty Policy
Products purchased online have a ninety (90) day warranty, starting on the date you received your order.
Please note:
- Item(s) must be in a condition that allows for proper evaluation.
- Contact us via email at customerservice@entrelazosjewelry.com or via WhatsApp at +57 301 214 6766 to initiate the warranty process.
- All claims will be reviewed by our quality team, which will determine whether the warranty is applicable after inspecting the item(s) condition.
- You will receive a respond to your warranty claim within fifteen (15) business days.
- If the warranty claim is approved, the customer may choose between:
- Full refund.
- Exchange for a new or similar product.
- Store credit.
These options apply as long as:
- The customer has their order number, and the product is within the 90-day warranty period.
- Damage is not due to improper use, accidents, or natural wear/tear from prolonged use of the product.
- Damage resulting in breaking or cracking of the product is not covered under warranty.
