Delivery

Shipments to countries outside Colombia are subject to the terms and conditions set by FedEx. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by the destination country. E2X Capital LLC calculates shipping costs based on the delivery address provided by the customer. Our responsibility is limited to packing the item(s) and handing them over to FedEx within three (3) business days after the order payment has been confirmed. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to FedEx.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges based on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are determined by the local authorities and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying these charges upon delivery.

If the customer refuses to pay any applicable import duties or taxes, the package may be held, returned, or disposed of by customs authorities or the shipping carrier. In such cases, E2X Capital LLC is not responsible for these charges or for the loss of the package, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

E2X Capital LLC does not guarantee specific delivery dates, as shipping times depend on the carrier and factors outside our control, including customs clearance, logistics delays, or operational issues.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email to track the package.
