Delivery

Shipping to countries outside of Colombia is subject to the terms and services provided by FedEx. The customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country. For detailed information on FedEx international shipping rates and estimated delivery dates please visit the FedEx website.

E2X capital LLC will provide shipping cost information based on the delivery address provided by the customer. Our responsibility is limited to packing the item(s) and delivering it to FedEx within two (2) business days, following payment confirmation of your order. From that point on, a transportation contract is established, and custody of the shipment is transferred to FedEx.

 

Shipping Conditions

• The estimated delivery date and shipping costs will be provided at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the destination.
• E2X capital LLC does not commit to a specific delivery time, as exact timing depends entirely on the shipping provider and external conditions beyond our control.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email to track the package.
