What materials is Entrelazos jewelry made of?

Our pieces are crafted from high-quality metal alloys such as bronze, brass, and tin, plated in 24k gold or silver. Each piece is finished with a cataphoretic lacquer — a protective transparent coating that preserves the shine of the plating. We also offer Sterlin Silver pieces.

Does all jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes. All Entrelazos jewelry includes a ninety (90) day warranty against manufacturing defects.

How can I claim a warranty?

To claim a warranty, email servicioalcliente@entrelazos.co with the subject “Warranty + Order Number” or contact us via WhatsApp at +57 301 214 6766. Please include photos of the product and your proof of purchase or order number. We will respond within 15 business days.

How should I care for my Entrelazos jewelry?

Keep your jewelry in their original packaging or in a soft pouch to avoid scratches.

To preserve their original shine, gently clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with alcohol, water, perfumes, soaps, lotions, detergents, or any chemical products. Prevent strong impact with surfaces or objects that may cause scratches, chips, or other damage.

We recommend removing your jewelry before washing your hands, applying beauty products, or undressing, to prevent any damage.

Please note: we do not offer repair services for items outside the warranty period.

If irritation, redness, or any allergic reaction occurs, we suggest to stop using it immediately.

Estimated Delivery

The estimated delivery date and shipping costs will be provided at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the package.

If you don’t receive this email or need help tracking your package, contact us via WhatsApp at +57 301 214 6766.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please contact our customer service team at +57 301 214 6766 as soon as possible so we can process your cancellation.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What should I keep in mind when requesting an exchange or return?

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return or exchange eligible items within thirty (30) days of the purchase, provided all return conditions are met and the item is not marked as discounted or final sale.

To return/exchange, item(s) must:

Not worn, altered or damaged.

Returned in their original packaging, box, and with tags attached.

Discounted or final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return/exchange

For customers located outside Colombia, all shipping and import costs associated with returning the item(s), as well as the
shipping costs for the new item(s), must be fully covered by the customer.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

No. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined. If you have more than one discount code available, the highest-value discount will be applied automatically.

Can I use the same coupon or voucher more than once?

No. Coupons and vouchers have a single use per customer and cannot be combined.
